  SHERRY MAHARREY

  Office Manager

  Sherry is originally from Water Valley but Oxford has been home to Sherry, her husband, Mark and three children, Blake, Charlie, and Megan since 1991. After fourteen years at the Chamber of Oxford, she joined Shell Plastic Surgery when it opened in July 2008. The relationships that Sherry developed at the Chamber have been an asset to our practice. Sherry is responsible for handling the day to day operation of Shell Plastic Surgery. All precertification, insurance authorization, and surgery scheduling are handled by Sherry. In addition, she holds the cosmetic patients’ hand from start to finish from pre-op appointments to scheduling surgery. Sherry spends her free time with her family and friends.   MISTY BUTTS

  RN, BSN

  Misty has been a Registered Nurse at Shell Plastic Surgery since 2013. She has been a nurse for over ten years with a background in cardiology. Misty plays a vital role assisting Dr. Shell with reconstructive and cosmetic consultation and procedures. Misty is originally from Tupelo. She spends the weekend taking care of her three young children, Anna Claire, Olivia Kate and Hayes. Misty also enjoys monogramming and sewing.

  LAURA CATE PERMENTER

  RN, BSN

  Laura Cate is originally from Jackson, MS and has been married to her husband since 2013. They are expecting their first baby boy in January 2018. Laura Cate has been a registered nurse since 2012 and her Plastic Surgery background has been very beneficial to our practice. Laura Cate’s roles include assisting Dr. Shell as well as Laser Hair Removal and Coolsculpting. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

  ANNA THAMES

  Licensed Aesthetician

  Anna is the lead aesthetician at Shell Laser MedSpa and has been a licensed/medically trained aesthetician since 2003. She is a graduate of Ole Miss and Mississippi Institute of Aesthetics, Nails and Cosmetology. She has been employed by Shell Plastic Surgery since 2014. During her career, she spent eight years working/training under the supervision of a Cosmetic Biochemist as an educator, as well as a sales and marketing expert. Anna believes that continuing education is key to staying up on the latest technologies/ingredients available. She has an aggressive approach to all skin treatments and has a passion for what she does.

  KELLEY GULLICK

  Spa Coordinator

  Shell Plastic Surgery and Shell Laser MedSpa are pleased to welcome Kelley Gullick, licensed aesthetician, as the Spa Coordinator with Shell Laser MedSpa. Kelley, a native of Oxford, MS, graduated from Lafayette High School in 2010 and Gould’s Academy in Memphis in 2015. As the youngest of five children, she enjoys spending time with her family and attending Ole Miss sporting events. Please join us in welcoming Kelley!!!!!

  NAY OMORI

  Massage Therapist LMT #2017

  We are SO EXCITED to announce that we are now offering massage therapy at Shell Plastic Surgery and Shell Laser MedSpa! We will offer everything from Relaxation and Spot-Targeting Massage to Prenatal Massage and Cupping Therapy. Our Massage Therapist, Nay Omori, is well known in the Oxford community. If you don’t know Nay, she is an Oxford native and an Ole Miss graduate. She received her MT education at Cortiva Institute- Florida. She loves working as a massage therapist because it allows her to connect with people by helping their physical and emotional health. Nay’s clients are encouraged to be active participants in the healing process by customizing their treatment. Massage is rest and recovery for the mind and body.   KAYLA FISHER

  Licensed Aesthetiican

  Kayla Fisher, licensed aesthetician, joined out staff in 2017. Kayla joins Anna Thames with experience in laser treatments, Microneedling, Microblading and advanced skincare treatments such as the Hydrafacial. She also offers counseling on medical grade skincare and treatments to help restore a more youthful appearance. Kayla, originally, from Brookhaven, MS, graduated from Mississippi College and aesthetic school at MS Institute for Aesthetics, Nails and Cosmetology. Anna and Kayla have over twenty years combined experience in medical aesthetics.

  BRIG

  Shell Plastic Surgery is thrilled to welcome Brig McCraw to the front office at our practice. She is welcoming our patients with a big smile. Brig, a graduate of Ole Miss, is originally from Tunica, MS. She is thrilled to call Oxford home with her fourteen year old son, Matthew. Her favorite role is being a mom. In her spare time, Brig enjoys traveling, playing tennis, cooking, and being with friends and family. Brig is a beautiful addition to our practice. Please help us welcome Brig.
